At Cove Bay Babies, every gift is handmade with care. We want your order to arrive safely, beautifully presented, and on time. Below you’ll find clear information about how we process and deliver your items.
🕒 Processing Time (Handmade to Order)
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your gift to be created and prepared for dispatch.
We do not offer same‑day or next‑day dispatch due to the handmade nature of our products.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin their 3-5 business day processing time the following business day.
🚚 Delivery Times
United Kingdom (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
United States
Royal Mail International Tracked usually delivers within 7–12 business days.
International (Selected Countries)
Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

📦 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service availability.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
We do not ship to PO boxes. We cannot ship to Germany due to local packaging regulations (VerpackG).
🔍 Tracking
All parcels are shipped using tracked services where available. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
🌍 Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
For USA orders, tariffs are included in the shipping price and paid directly to Royal Mail at dispatch.
For EU orders: Due to trade regulations, parcels may be subject to local VAT and a €3 customs duty upon delivery. These are handled via Royal Mail's pre-paid delivery options where applicable or paid by the recipient upon arrival.
Cove Bay Babies is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

We pack every order with care, using recycled and repurposed materials wherever possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements are provided on product pages to help clarify size.
